Monday-Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Time & a half
Monday-Friday: 5:00 p.m. to Midnight Time & a half
Monday-Friday: Midnight to 6:00 a.m. Double time
Saturday, Sunday or over 8 hours Time & a half
Holidays or over 12 hours Double time



Rental Periods

The first three days will be billed by the day.
The weekly rate will be billed at 3.5 times the daily rate for 7 days use.
The two week rate will be billed at 6 times the daily rate for 14 days use.
After the second week rental, each additional week is billed at a 2 day charge.

The minimum rental period for any item is one day.

Labor and equipment rates are subject to change
without notice.

Any cancellation will be billed at full rate unless written
notice is relieved 24 hours before a scheduled reservation.

The client is fully responsible for all loss or damage
due to any cause including negligence, theft, and
improper installation or operation of all rented equipment.

All orders placed with Audio Video West, Inc.
are on a COD basis unless credit is established
and approved in advance. Sales and use taxes are
applied to all rental and delivery fees, excluding pickup,
setup and or strike labor, pursuant to California law.
